Moving in August

I know it's been awhile, I forgot to post pictures from our move in August.
I returned from Erin's wedding on August 8th.
Packing began August 9th.

Where's Camden and Carter?

There they are. Boxes provide such entertainment.
Those few short weeks were exhausting.
We had to make some sacrifices, like eating cereal on a step stool, when the table got packed.
The truck was packed on the 26th.
The house was empty by the 27th.
(Yes, the boys still had their beds, just crashed after a long day right where they came inside.)
In Las Vegas by the 28th to pick up Karen and Dave who flew in from Seattle to help us drive.
Jeff and Dave drove the big truck and towed the Camry.
For 1500 miles. From Tucson we drove 7 hours to Vegas, then after a 14 hour day, we stopped in Ontario, Oregon.
We enjoyed the scenery, took lots of potty breaks.
The car was stuffed to the brim.
They watched movies to pass the time, played with the cats, doodled and talked.
However, they did not sleep. At all.
The cats tried to find a comfortable place to lounge.
We finally arrived at my parents house on Monday evening.
Tired but happy for the comfy bed waiting inside, and family and friends waiting to greet us.
Mr. Oliver
