Another failed "holiday" picture. Well, half failed.

Carter is smiling and was quite eager to sit next to the Easter Bunny.

Camden, however, was very unhappy about the idea. Even more unhappy about being set next to the poor Bunny. I only let him sit long enough to snap a fast picture and as soon as I picked him up he was fine. Except for telling me I'm mean and he loves me.

On the way out of the mall he happily waved bye to Mr. Bunny and said,

"I like Easter, he's no scary." But no picture of that. Instead I leave you with one smile and another of complete misery.

Busy Saturday...

We took a short 30 mile drive to the snow at Mt. Lemmon on Saturday. The boys loved it. Not much snow left but enough for some quick snowball fights.

Later in the afternoon we went to a Spring training game for

the Diamondback and the Brewers.

All We Do is Go to the Zoo! But Who Can Blame Us?

Last Friday was another nice warm day at the zoo, Cam asked if he could bring his favorite car?

This is what he brought out of his room.

If you would like to count, go ahead, but I will tell you there is one car for every finger he has.

Big Boy Undies.

He is POTTY TRAINED!!!! I started on 3/15, we went on our trip 3/17 and he was doing ok. Sandy REALLY helped while we were gone and now he wears Big Boy undies everywhere.

Exhausted when we reached home, my little animals cuddled in for naptime.

To New York With Love

March 17th was a busy busy day. We drove to Las Vegas, dropped the boys at Sandy's and headed to the airport for a 10pm flight. With the time change and delays it was 6:30am before we landed in NYC.

Breakfast at Fresco on the Go. This is the view. We also caught a ferry to the Statue or Liberty and Ellis Island a couple hours later.

We were lucky enough to go inside the Statue of Liberty, not all the way to the top, but inside the base. This is a replica of the size of her foot. My rear end fit on her big toenail - though we weren't suppose to sit on her.

A short Ferry ride later we ended up at Ellis Island. The first people to the U.S landed here. After some quarantine and medical check they were allowed into the states.

Back at our hotel, sitting next to Kendra Wilkinson (reality TV star for those who don't know - playboy model for those who read that) Nonetheless, our little touch of celebrity in our hotel.

By 3:30 we were exhausted. Showered, grabbed some Pizza and went to bed at 8:00, Up for 36+ hrs, we slept for 12 hours.

Friday we headed up to Rockefeller center. A view from the 67th floor. Looking toward Central Park. Fun fact: Central park is 6 miles around.

Did NBC studio tour. Saw Peter Alexander and Chris Hanson. Saw SNL stage and Evening News at NBC. Lunch at Burger Heaven. Lots of Walking in Manhattan.

Off to Central Park. I love these dark arch ways that lead into the park.

Guggenheim Museum. Didn't go in. View from the street was good enough. Beautiful day, about 65, no need to be in a museum..... that and I don't think Jeff would last an hour. (Thinking back to the Met Museum and Jeff's silent boredom.)

Friday night dinner at Acqua on Peck Slip.

No pictures at dinner, very small quaint little Italian place.

Came back to our room for Chocolate Fondue and Lemon Tart.

I forget what he said, must have been funny.

Saturday, Starbucks for Oatmeal and coffee. 34th and 6th. Macy's. H&M. Lots of Shopping. Lunch at Lenny's. Flat Iron District.

Subway ride home. I have to say Jeff is AMAZING at navigating through the big city via subway.

Waiting for Room service. The most expensive burgers we've ever had. But at 11:30pm so very Yum!

Sunday morning at Times Square and more walking walking walking. Tribeca, which stand for Triangle below Canal Street. Went back to WTC site. Making progress on the new buildings there. Monday we did Soho and Greenwich and headed to the airport at 3:00 for our flight home.

Best funny of the trip:

Asked the hostess at our hotel what time we should leave for our 6:30 flight? She responded, a quarter to 7:00. So I clarified, we should leave for our 6:30 flight at 6:45? She said "well, just to be safe".......
